How to send the rejection notification to candidate only after 2 days after rejection?

We have a requirement where the client wants to send notifications for the “Rejected by Employer” option, wherein the system should send the rejection notification to the candidate only after 2 days from the rejection. The expectation is that it should be scheduled in the application and not sent immediately.

We would like to know how this can be configured. Can anyone please guide us on the setup or point us to the relevant configuration or scheduling options for this requirement?
