Allow hiding progress bar while keeping status text in Job Application side card

Summary:

We need the ability to hide only the progress bar in the Application side card on the Job Application Details page, while keeping the status text visible. Currently, using VBS to hide the status area removes both the progress bar and the status label. Is there any other way to achieve this?
