Redwood offer - salary not populating

Summary:

Upgrading offer classic to redwood UI. I have found that when we reach the salary section of the requisition, the salary is displayed as 0 which is incorrect because based on the grade ladder, grade and step (which is in the position), the salary should display.

I have noticed that the grade ladder is missing from the assignment section of the offer even though it is in the offer and we have enabled the position synchronisation which includes grade ladder. This used to work in classic, has anyone experienced this? And if so, what did you do to fix?
