Redwood Recruitment slowness Issue

Hi Everyone,

We have raised oracle SR for performance issue across recruitment in different areas. However oracle has pushed back it stating no issues in redwood.

We have asked oracle to share the exact cut off time details which is considered as slowness in recruitment by oracle however we have been redirected to raise this here in customer connect. Can someone help get these details.

FYI Our Job Offer Management & Manage Job Offer both are in responsive UI & rest everything is on redwood UI.

  1. Hiring > Job Offer - Remove any selected filter. It takes time to display the results
  2. Create/Edit Job Offer - While creating or editing job offer if we decided to cancel the transaction it takes time to display the results
