Customer update not completing Properly
Hello Team,
One of our clients is facing the issue below.
When the integration process ran at 6:17 AM UTC, Customer Site shows it was update at 6:18 AM UTC but there was no update to profile information during that update.
Client reprocessed the same file at 4:45 PM UTC, Site Id shows it was updated at 4:49 PM UTC and the Profile History was added.
Both processes show that 128 records were processed but the profile was not added until the file was processed second time.
There was no error messages created when the process ran the first time.
This is the 2nd time of this behavior. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
