OFSC plugin development-Attachment download issue in hosted plugin

Summary:

In the Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) mobile application, attachments uploaded through standard forms are downloaded successfully.

However, when an attachment link is provided through a hosted plugin, the file does not download in the mobile app.

We have developed a hosted plugin that retrieves Service Request (SR) attachments from Fusion Service via an API and displays them on the OFSC screen as downloadable links. These attachments download correctly when accessed from the OFSC web browser, but the same links fail to download when accessed from the OFSC mobile application.

We would like to understand why attachment downloads via hosted plugin URLs are not supported or failing in the OFSC mobile app. Please advise.
