Redwood:Job Offer automatically moved to responsive when Job application flow is moved to responsive

Hi All,

We have 2 separate profile options for Job offer flow and Job application flow to move the flows/pages to Redwood -

ORA_IRC_JOB_APPLICATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED

ORA_IRC_CREATE_OFFER_REDWOOD_ENABLED

However, when the profile option ORA_IRC_JOB_APPLICATION_REDWOOD_ENABLED is set to N, Job application pages are reverted to Responsive. All okay until here. But when checked the Job offer pages - they are also reverted to Responsive, even though the profile option ORA_IRC_CREATE_OFFER_REDWOOD_ENABLED is set to Y

I understand that the navigation to create job offer has to be initiated from Job application page but that should not be the dependency here for the job offer flow to be in Responsive.
