Requisitions with New Submission visibility

Ability to easily identify requisitions with new submission

We recently introduced a new draft step in our Candidate Selection Workflow (CSW) to track incomplete submissions. This step is now the first and initial step of the CSW. We have an autoprogression configured to move candidates to the “New” step once they complete their application.

However, with this change, we’ve lost the ability to easily identify requisitions with new submissions in the requisition list (previously indicated by the yellow Icon displayed in the candidate count column).

Is there an alternative solution or best practice that would allow us to quickly identify requisitions with new submissions under this updated workflow? Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
