Benefits Enrollments are stuck

Summary:

Employee was initially with India DFLT relationship, that time employee was enrolled in India benefits and US benefits for some reason which were not end dated while being transferred to Cananda DFLT Relationship.

Now employee is transferred to US DFLT, its not allowing to process life event saying Basic AD & D Rate overlap. Since US benefits from India relationship is still not end dated thats why its showing overlap now.

How to overcome this error now.
