Enhancing User Experience in Oracle Goal Setting with Redwood Interface

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hello everyone,

We are currently implementing the Redwood interface for the Goal Setting module. We have noticed that within the Redwood Goal Center, both the Performance Goals and Development Goals pages are integrated into a single access point. However, in the Responsive UI, these two pages are separate.

Our client is accustomed to accessing the Development Goals page through the employee profile path (Me > My Info > Development Goals), which currently uses the Responsive UI. Given this, we would like to know if it is possible to hide the Development Goals section in Responsive UI and instead insert a link that redirects users to the Development Goals page in Redwood. This way, users can maintain their usual navigation habits while gradually adapting to the Redwood interface.

Howdy, Stranger!
