In performance document, can we expose the rating description (long) in lieu of short description

Hi there,

We have a the below 3 level rating model for our performance document, with the description holding the key information for our people leaders to reference when completing their overall ratings.

Performance Document currently displays the Rating Name and the Short Description (which isn't enough characters). Therefore our managers do not see the referencing information to inform the rating decision.

To solve for this, we updated the Short Desc, to the be longer description for ease of reference, but then encountered the issue, that this Short Desc field is the only the flows through to Rem workbooks, and which then makes it hard to read or reference from a remuneration book perspective.
