Feasibility on Access through Account hierarchy.

Summary:

Scenario:
A user owns a parent account that has multiple child accounts, but the user is not assigned to those child accounts.
We need all opportunities—including those under the child accounts—to be accessible to the user's manager

Though this can be achieved through custom predicates, But custom predicates do not work in Redwood.
This to be achieved in redwood via access groups but no such access related to account hierarchy.
