Unable to view and download customer balance forward bills

in Receivables & Collections

Summary:

As per Oracle document

it says we can download and view copy of Balance Forward Bill - But when i try there is no link to click on the bill number to download the copy

I think I have all the required roles but please confirm if there are any that is specifically required for the above?

Roles /Privileges assigned to me includes:

Accounts Receivable Specialist and Accounts Receivable Manager 

Billing Specialist Segregated Role and Billing Manager Segregated Role

Submit Balance Forward Bill Print Process and Submit Balance Forward Bill Process
