We are currently looking for setting up Dispute Credit memo approval workflow through Advance collection module based on threshold and COA segment (PPM and Subscription Module).

Currently we are getting issue in Stage 2 rule, but unable to identify the root cause and we need an idea how we can add a logic to derive this through COA Segment as well.

Issue Description: The request operation failed with the business rules defined for Stage2CM.

Resolution: Validate the BPM rule for Stage2CM and ensure it returns a valid approval hierarchy.
