26A Redwood: Talent Review Meeting Dashboard View Succession Plans and Talent Pools in Panel

Summary:

The 26A release notes mention that in the Talent Review Meeting Dashboard, View Succession Plan and Talent Pools will open in a panel instead of navigating to a separate page. My question: when you create or add a succession plan or talent pool during the Talent Review meeting, will it pull in the entire population from the Succession Plan/Talent Pool, or only the people in the Talent Review Meeting?

For example if Succession Plan 1234 has Candidates Employee A, B, C, D and during the Talent Review Meeting which only has Employee A, B but they want to add the Succession Plan 1234 will it pull in all Employee A, B, C, D or just Employee A, B.
