OAuth JWT user assertion in REST connection throwing invalid client

Hi Experts

I'm trying to use OAuth using JWT user assertion security policy in REST Connection, but when i'm testing the connection i get invalid client. When i checked the OCI identity confidential app all the details are correct like the client id, key alias and other details and same i have populated in the header and payload files.
