Able to add Beneficiary %contribution for a deleted contact

Summary:

From Me> Benefits, When i clicked on Before you enroll and try adding a contact and then deleted the contact. I clicked on Change Beneficiary quick action and was able to add and save the % contribution for that deleted contact as well. Can someone help ?
