Goals Center Data Not Visible for Performance Admin Role - View All Permissions Issue

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue with the Goals Center module in Oracle Customer Connect where goal plan and review period data appear empty when accessed through the Performance Admin DATA ROLE (which has View All permissions).

The Problem:

  • Review Period and Business Title dropdowns show no values
  • Goal Plan Details are not displayed
  • The system indicates no goal plans are assigned, even though they exist

What's Interesting: The same employees' data displays correctly when accessed through other authorized roles (LOCAL HRBP, Vertical HRBP), confirming the data is present in the system.

Has anyone encountered this before?
