Get Manager condition rule not available for development goals approval

Hello,

We want to setup transaction rules for development goals like our transaction rules for performance but we are not able to find GetManage Worker's Assignment.result.requestManager in development goals approval.

Our process is as follow :
if an employee has a Dotted line Manager and a line Manager so the Dotted Line manager is the one who approve the goals. And if he only has a line manager so the line manager needs to approve the goals. It's working for performance goals as we are able to get manager condition.
