Recruiter can search for names on a masked application grid

We have enabled a candidate masking grid on the redwood job application page as part of a blind recruitment process. As you can see all the relevant PII data is hidden

However if the recruiter knows some of the people who possibly have applied, they can still search for their name and it will return the application relating to them

There doesn't seem the ability to customise this to remove the ability for users to search by name? Has anyone been able to achieve this?
