Signature change in offer letter?

Summary:

We are facing an issue with the offer letter.

For example, Candidate Person A accepted the offer letter that had Manager B’s signature. Later, as a consultant, I uploaded a new version of the offer letter with Manager C’s signature.

Now, when we preview the offer letter for Candidate A, it is showing Manager C’s signature. But our expectation is that it should still show Manager B’s signature, because the candidate had already accepted the offer before the new version was uploaded.
