We are observing a behavior in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll – Redwood UI related to Costing Results.
In the Costing Results (Redwood UI) page, for certain employees and costing lines:

  • The amount is correctly credited
  • However, the Account column does not show the value or description for the Sub Analysis segment
  • This occurs only for some employees / some costing lines
  • For other employees, the Sub Analysis value and description appear correctly

Is this expected behavior in Redwood Costing Results, where derived/inherited segments (like Sub Analysis) are not displayed at the costing result line level?
