No Recommended Jobs in Opportunity Marketplace

Summary:

We are trying to confirm how we can get Jobs to appear in Opportunity Marketplace when an employee filters to the to Recommended jobs.

The only guidance I can find is "Displays jobs and gigs matching the user's preferences like job type and location, recently applied gigs or jobs, and jobs recently added to favorite jobs. The recommendations will show on the top of the list."

I have an employee who has added a Location in their interests, and has added Skills that match a job, but still no jobs are appearing when selecting the 'Recommended' filter

Is anyone able to advise what triggers a job to appear as Recommended?
