Redwood Goals Center: employee cannot submit goals for approval if the sum is not equal to 100

Summary:

Hello everyone,

we have enabled Redwood for Goals and we noticed that in the Goal Plans where the sum of weight has been enforced to be 100, employees cannot submit their goals for approval if their total goals' weight does not reach 100.

In NUX, although we got a warning, we could submit the goals.

Can we overcome this limitation somehow ? (without disabling the 100 sum in the goal plan)
