HR admin not able to delete the Check-In discussion topics and Check-In Document

Hi,

HR Admin trying to delete the goals added in the Check-In document. But getting the below error when try to delete the discussion topic or delete the Check-In document.

Below privileges are already added in the custom admin role,

- ORA_HRT_MANAGE_HCM_PERSON_NOTE
- ORA_HRT_VIEW_HCM_PERSON_NOTE
- Performance Management HR Specialist

Please let me know if any other privilege needs to be added?
