We want to know on which part of data import from third party to oracle GL , oracle is charging us

We have a third party (Banking system) from which data file is coming on regular basis . And using ATDB and OIC we are validating and importing data into journal .
1-data file is first getting stored in ATDB so our understanding is that Oracle will not charge on this data volume . First of all we need your confirmation on this.
2-Our understanding is that Oracle will charge on data which is stored in cloud tables like XLA_AE_EVENTS,XLA_AE_HEADERS,XLA_AE_LINEs and other tables. We need a confirmation on this as well.
3-After processing data from these tables, data is moving to Oracle General ledger base tables. If oracle is charging based on this as well , we need to confirmation.
