We have a requirement to register Performance Goals and Behaviour
Summary:
We have a requirement to register Performance Goals and Behaviour for workers. Goals are created as performance goals and included in Plans, Check-ins and Review documents.
Behaviour has been created as 'stand alone' competences and manually added to review documents.
Does anyone has a solution to add these behaviour competencies to the goal plan, so workers can update/ add information during the review year?
Or is there way to include these Behaviour competencies in a check-in document?
