Matrix Manager unable to view employee self-evaluation rating on Performance document

Summary:

We have a requirement where matrix manager should be able to view the employee's submitted self-evaluation ratings while completing their own feedback, similar to the experience of the line manager.

Our configuration is for Employee (self evaluation), Line manager, and Matrix Manager (added as a feedback participant).

Current behavior
When the employee has already submitted their self evaluation. The matrix manager opens the performance document, and the employee rating section displays "No Rating."

Expected

Matrix Manager should be able to view the employees self-evaluation ratings while completing their portion of the performance document, similar to the experience of the line manager.
