Need to hide or disable Resume download for Hiring Managers in Redwood UI

One of our clients has a requirement to implement Blind/Anonymous Recruiting in the Redwood UI. While we are able to mask certain personal details on the Job Application Details page, there is currently no option to hide the candidate’s resume, which defeats the purpose of anonymizing personal information. Could you please let us know if there is any solution or workaround available to achieve this?
