Job Application in ORC Redwood is not Loading or showing certain fields/regions

I am looking to make some changes on the Job Application page in Redwood. It is not loading at all, in order to see the page itself in the preview of Express mode. It also doesn't appear to show all the proper fields and regions to make the changes I am looking to. For example the tabs across the top of the application, only some appear, Offer is not there. I have looked in Create or Edit Job offer as well and that will not load, and I get what looks like an error each time.

I have checked that in create and edit offer, the fields I am looking to hide are in fact hidden. However, they appear in the Job Application, and I have no way to remove them, as they are not available and this is not the Create/Edit Offer screen.
