Query to view Invoices which have workflow errors

Summary:

From transaction console, we can view and download the report of Invoices which have WF errors. But wanted to know is there a query we can use to see the same data.
The ask to use a query / BIP report is to filter out specific errors due to some specific rules or participants and then share this info. with business.
