Need to fetch PayeeID using fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/paymentsExternalPayees endpoint

Hi

I am trying to fetch PayeeId using the endpoint URL fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/paymentsExternalPayees in PostMan.

i have tried using below URL's and they don't work in postman.

https://****.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com//fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/paymentsExternalPayees/?q=SupplierNumber='10058'

https://****.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com//fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/paymentsExternalPayees/?q=PayeePartySiteIdentifier: 300000050915127

However if i run the below where 300000050896536 is the Payee id it works

https://****.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com//fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/paymentsExternalPayees/300000050896536

Can anyone help me with an endpoint URL, which can be used to fetch Payee id based on some other input (not payeeid as i need it as output)
