I-9 Section 2 task is not completed automatically once employer completed the I-9 Section 2 form.

HR REP refreshed the browser once I-9 Section 2 form is filled but the task didn't marked as completed automatically, can anyone let us know what is the reason.

Note:- I-9 Section 1 task completed automatically once employee fills the I-9 Section 1 form.
