Loading Due Dates for Performance Document Tasks based on Employee Anniversary Date

Summary:

We are trying to load performance document due dates dynamically, based off of employee hire anniversary dates. We are exploring whether this can be achieved leveraging Document Periods. We are considering creating separate document periods for each anniversary month using the same eligibility profile, loading them via HDL, and then targeting employees through the Mass actions UI to apply the correct document due dates. Is this a supported or recommended approach? Is there a better way to dynamically manage performance document due dates?
