Basic Salary Element entry didn't revert when we reverse the End temporary assignment

Hello experts,

we have mistakenly ended the Temporary assignment for PN 12345-2 on January 6, 2026, which it should be January 31.

What we did is we deleted the End temporary assignment record row both in the temporary assignment (12345-2) and suspended assignment (12345) in the Redwood Employment Info to reverse the End Temporary Assignment.

The end temporary assignment was reversed, but the Basic Salary element entry didn't reverted back, and already set the end date to January 6.

We are expecting that the Basic Salary element will be restored when we reversed the end temporary assignment, but it didn't.

Is this an expected behavior in Redwood?
