Unable to Set “School” Field as Mandatory on External Career Site

Hi all.

Please note that on the external career site, we are currently unable to make the School field mandatory as shown in the screenshot below, as in the option to mark the School field as mandatory is not available. We would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue and configure the field as mandatory.
