Can Suppliers be awarded based on the Supplier Qualification Outcome

Summary:

Is there any way where awards can be given by seeing the Supplier qualification outcome for the supplier, if so please let us know how it can be configured.

Please find the elaborate scenario below.Scenario: 

• Supplier ABC gets evaluated by user agency in SQM as " Not recommend for future project" .
• Supplier ABC responses to bidding 12345, and their responses are great. We would like to be able to share/ notify Solicitation evaluators of the assessment of supplier ABC, so the Evaluator can include it in their consideration whether to award a new contract to this supplier.
