Redwood Purchase Order - Remove "Create Purchase Order" Icon

How can we remove “Create Purchase Orders” icon on Purchase Orders (New) module. This functionality needs to be removed (We will not be creating a PO without a Req).

(There is not an option to do so on the Edit Page Layout button)
