Login Field Not Displayed for Newly Created Technician User Type

Summary:

We have created a new Technician user type in OFSC, and while creating a technician user, the Login field is not being displayed/populated. I suspect there may be some setup or configuration missing for this user type.

Could you please help confirm what configuration is required to enable the Login field?
