Redwood Agreements not acting as expected

CPA Agreement created in Redwood not auto generating an approved request

We created a CPA AGM in Redwood agreements.

We are able to use it on a smartform request. the smart form is configured as Negotiated

The request is submitted and approved.

it is supposed to auto generate a po with no buyer intervention. our legacy Agm's are working fine.

any idea on what we missed or is this still to coming.

I see that the Edit button on the agm is block as well if I want to edit in redwood.
