Repayment terms with offer letter paragraphs on a separate document to get candidate consent?

The California law says any repayment provisions need to be set out in a separate agreement from the employment contract/offer letter. To adhere to the legal requirement, we are looking for ways to having specific incentive or sign-on bonus paragraphs on a separate document to be sent to candidates while accepting offers.

Currently ORC doesn't support fetching specific incentive or sign-on bonus paragraphs on a separate document to be sent to candidates to get their consent. We were trying to trigger repayment terms via journeys task to get e-Signature of the candidate providing consent. However, we are unable to fetch specific incentive or sign-on bonus paragraphs into journey task to be sent to candidates. Has any one tried other options to achieve this? If so, please suggest the options to be considered.
