I am writing regarding my request to upgrade my Cloud Account to "Pay As You Go."

I initiated the upgrade over an hour ago. The status currently displays: "Your upgrade is in progress. You will receive an email confirmation when your upgrade is completed."

Transaction Details:

  • Verification Charge: I successfully received the verification charge of SGD 138.00 on my card.
  • Reversal: The transaction was immediately reversed/refunded, confirming my payment method is valid and active.

Since the payment verification was successful, could you please check if my account is stuck in a manual review queue? I need to provision resources urgently.
