No Option to Select Number Format for Response Type in Prescreening Questionnaire

Issue Description:
In the Prescreening Questionnaire configuration, there is currently no available option to select or define the Number format for questions where the expected response type is numeric. While creating or editing prescreening questions, the system does not provide a format control for number-based responses (such as integer, decimal, range validation, or number-specific format settings).
Because of this limitation, numeric responses cannot be properly validated or standardized, which affects data accuracy and consistency in candidate responses.
Expected Behavior:
The system should provide a selectable Number format option for prescreening questions with numeric response types, allowing proper validation and structured input.
