Missing the ORIG_SYSTEM and ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCES for Customer Accounts and Parties

Summary:

For existing customer accounts and the parties we found that the information is missing in the table HZ_ORIG_SYS_REFERENCES and we would like to reload the ORIG_SYSTEM and ORIG_SYSTEM_REFERENCES. 

Since, we have multiple source systems are being used to import the customers data. We also need guidance in identifying the actual source system.  

Could you please provide the detailed steps involved in loading the the above information.
