Benefits Enrollments- Need to replicate the previous year enrollments after end-dating the Elements.

Hi Team,

We’re encountering an issue in the Benefits area when trying to enroll an employee retroactively into a plan with the Associate + Family or Associate only option using the Benefits Enrollment window. We have already loaded all historical benefit rates using Element entry business Object HDL for which the employee had previously been enrolled. However, when we attempt to save the updated election, we receive the following error:

“There was a problem saving the elections because another enrollment exists in the same element that this enrollment uses.

This error is appearing because of the conflicting element entries we need to delete those element entries to remove this error.
