If the requisition is submitted by a user that is in the QCApprovalNL Approval group, this stage should skip and go on to the next stage of the approval.

This works for a single user's email is hardcoded: contains('****@****.com',/task:task/task:payload/ns4:findReqHeaderDimensionResponse/ns4:result/ns2:EnteredByUsername)

However, need it to consider the group "QCApproversNL", rather than the user.
