Default recruiter based on the job function using VBS

We have a business requirement to default the recruiter based on the job family associated with the job profile. We are creating job requisition using Job and we would like to default recruiter depending on the job family linked on the job profile. We have tried the below logic but its not defaulting based on the condition. Has any one done similar requirement or if you know how a solution
