REDWOOD: CRITICAL ERROR IN TALENT POOLS

Hi,

We are in Redwood with talent pool.
we added some employees to the talent pools, but they don't appear as included.
When I try to add them manually, the system returns an error as if the employee were already present in the pool.

Have you experienced this issue previously? If so, ho was it addressed?
