Option to Disable Dispute FYI Notifications

Hi,

Our client is handling disputes manually/outside of Oracle, so they do not require the Oracle Dispute Management workflow.
We have already disabled automatic dispute creation and the auto‑approval process. We also tried disabling the dispute rule and increasing the dispute threshold limit, but this did not stop the Dispute FYI notifications from triggering.

We are still unable to identify any option to fully disable the Dispute FYI notifications.

Could you please confirm whether Oracle provides a setting or configuration to turn off all dispute‑related notifications?
Any guidance or documentation on this would be greatly appreciated.
