Assigned Resource Instance in MNT WO is not defaulted in My Maintenance Work instead LOV is showing

Summary:

When maintenance work order is created and resource instance is assigned in each operation but when maintenance technician login's to My Maintenance Work UI , system shows List of values rather then correct assign resource instance .

similar issue was with Subinventory but it is fixed , subinventory is defaulting in material tab from work order.

Navigate to Resource Tab to charge where in resource instance field showing List of values instead of assigned technician -
